I’ve been behind the camera long enough to know: Most people think alignment is something you achieve after everything’s figured out.
But in reality, alignment often shows up in seemingly random, unexpected moments:
When someone says, “I hate being photographed,” and then offers the most real, grounded expression of the day.
When a client says, “I don’t know how to describe my brand,” and then casually drops a sentence that nails it.
When they laugh through the nerves, and suddenly… they’re fully present.
When they get a little emotional seeing their photo, not because of how polished they look, but because how it feels like them.
When the awkwardness fades, and what’s left is honest authentic human connection.
These moments aren’t about perfection.
They’re about congruence—when how you feel on the inside matches how you’re showing up on the outside.
That’s what I aim for in every session.
Not the most “flattering” version of you.
The most aligned one.
Because when your image reflects your truth, it does more than look good. It builds trust. And the ROI on that is priceless.
